Primary Responsibilities:

Support individuals to achieve increased autonomy , quality home life, and community integration Help people pursue their personal and professional goals, build skills, and expand their social circles . Assist with personal care needs, including lifting, transferring , positioning, and hygiene tasks, to promote safety and comfort Maintain accurate documentation through basic computer and written skills.

Requirements:

Strong interest in working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Excellent interpersonal skills , empathy, and a friendly attitude. Ability to perform lifting, transferring , and personal care duties when needed. Flexible availability , with some nights and weekends. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
