Job Description

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Join Attend Home Care as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). We're dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live with dignity, independence, and respect across Kentucky. Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (preferred) Prior experience as a caregiver, DSP, or related field preferred (but not required — we provide training) Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government-issued ID) Reliable transportation (required) Valid Driver's License (required) Proof of Auto Insurance (required)
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, medication reminders) Support daily living activities (meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, budgeting) Encourage independence and skill development in the home and community Provide safe transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities Maintain a safe, supportive environment and document care provided Offer companionship, advocacy, and respect for client privacy Visit our website: Attend Home Care | Empathetic & Reliable Home Care Attend Home Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
