Direct Support Professional (Night- Shift)

Hours- 6:00 PM - 6:30

AM Schedule:

12-hour shifts, 3 days per week + every other weekend (Part-time & PRN opportunities available) New hourly rate starting at $16.00 Night-shift hourly differential of $2.00 Overtime availability 8 paid holidays each year Double time pay for holiday hours worked Earn Paid Time Off (PTO) Full benefits including ; medical, dental, and vision insurance effective the first of the month after 60 days and pet benefits. 403b retirement -automatic 2% company contribution plus company match up to 3% after 1 year of employment and 1000 hours worked One-time your annual salary life insurance coverage at no cost to you Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is free to all employees and their immediate family members. Essential Functions:

Support our individuals direct care needs including, but not limited to: Getting dressed, assisting with baths and showering, toileting and hygiene needs, feeding, Assist with walking and/or wheelchair mobility, occasionally preparing meals and snacks per dietary card Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times. Understand individual's rights and display respect and dignity when interacting with individuals.
