Amian Care Services is an in-home care provider agency. We need a caring, compassionate, and dependable, direct service worker to join our team. Amian Care Services assist individuals with disabilities and older adults in their home and community with activities of daily living while maintaining their independence, health, safety, dignity, and respect. Abbeville Shift:

Duties:

Follow the client's plan of care and implement client's goals Report and document all incidents immediately and refusal of care Complete accurate and timely progress notes/time-sheets Clock in/out of the Electronic Verification System Maintain client's confidentiality and rights at all times Maintain the client's home to ensure it is clean, safe, and comfortable Assist client with maintaining their health and safety Promote/Assist/Teach the client personal hygiene tasks Assist/Monitor/Instruct client with: Meal Preparation, Food Storage, and Clean-up; Grooming/bathing; Housekeeping; Laundry; Toileting Medication/Appointment Reminders Transport Client to/from medical appointments/ grocery shopping/community outings Provide support with client's hobbies, social activities, and community outings Thank you for considering employment with Amian Care Services and we look forward to you becoming a member of our team.
