As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Duties

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Observe and report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental conditions
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support residents in maintaining their independence while ensuring their well-being
• Perform heavy lifting when necessary to assist residents with mobility Qualifications
• Experience in assisted living or caregiving is preferred but not required, we will train
• Knowledge of resident rights and social work principles
• Ability to handle patient observation with sensitivity and professionalism
• Proficient in assisting with meal preparation and personal care tasks
• Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed
• Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor
• Must be at least 18 years old, have HS diploma/GED, and able to pass a criminal background check. Must be able to speak, understand and write in English.
