Full-time Position:

DAYS Shift - 12 hrs Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor and document consumers' health, behaviors, and daily activities in electronic records. Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, bathing, grooming, and hygiene. Support non-ambulatory individuals with mobility and positioning. Administer medications, take vital signs, and provide basic life-saving care when needed. Accompany consumers to appointments and community outings. Engage individuals in recreational and social activities based on their care plans. Use appropriate behavior management techniques. Maintain cleanliness in living and common areas; perform laundry duties. Participate in required training and follow assigned work schedules. Operate company vehicles occasionally to transport consumers. Report health or behavioral changes promptly to nursing staff. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure high-quality, consistent care. Other assigned duties. Qualifications Experience in direct care is a plus, but not required Must be at least 21 High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks Clean background check CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) Basic computer skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
