Responsibilities include:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition Providing companionship and emotional support Documenting visits accurately in our electronic medical record (WellSky/Kinnser) Communicating effectively with nurses, therapists, and other members of the care team Following each patient's individualized plan of care We're searching for someone who is: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Passionate about caring for seniors and medically fragile patients An excellent communicator with a positive attitude Professional and respectful when interacting with patients and families Qualifications Current Louisiana CNA certification (required) At least 1 year of CNA experience preferred Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and auto insurance Basic technology skills for electronic documentation If you're a caring, dependable CNA who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and making a real impact in your community, we'd love to meet you.
