Start:
Immediate Arbor Associates is seeking a dependable and engaging Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals in an adult day habilitation and vocational setting in Attleboro. This is a consistent weekday schedule—ideal for someone who enjoys structured programming, community-based activities, and helping individuals build independence. If you're someone who brings energy, structure, and consistency into your work, this is a strong fit.
What You'll Do:
Provide direct support in a day habilitation and vocational program Assist individuals with skill-building, job readiness, and daily routines Support participation in structured activities and community engagement Utilize Safety-Care techniques to maintain a safe and supportive environment Encourage independence, social interaction, and goal progression Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with team members
What We're Looking For:
Safety-Care Certification (required

) Experience in human services, day programs, or vocational settings preferred Strong communication and engagement skills Ability to maintain structure while keeping clients actively involved Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
