• Helps patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
• Performs basic health care services for patients, including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
• Helps with general light housekeeping.
• Makes transportation arrangements as needed.
• Observes and reports on patient's condition. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License [State License]

• preferred Experience Clinical/Hospital/Managed Care Office Experience 1-2 years preferred or Patient Care Experience 0-1 year preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledgeable in patient care practices including personal care, homemaking and basic health care services.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Have good personal hygiene.
• Able to do light housekeeping.
• Good communication skills both written and oral.
