- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our Brain Injury program which provides high-quality, innovative programming to adults with brain injuries to enhance their lives, develop personal skills, and engage in community activities while building supportive relationships.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to individuals with medical, physical, cognitive, and socioemotional needs in completing daily activities, including personal care, meal prep, cleaning, and leisure Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed, promoting independence and personal growth Administer medications in accordance with MAP regulations and report any significant health, behavioral, or psychiatric concerns Perform routine housekeeping tasks and report all maintenance or safety issues to ensure a clean and safe environmentQualifications:
Requires a high school diploma Experience working with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults. Ability to drive residence van Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver's license and maintain a personally owned vehicleSchedules:
Friday & Saturday, 3pm-11pm (16 hours) Friday-Monday, 3pm-11pm (32 hours) Friday & Saturday, 7am-3pm (16 hours) Friday-Monday, 7am-3pm (32 hours) Hourly Rate $20.50- $20.
