Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Home Health Aide & Caregiver, providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals in their homes. This rewarding role is perfect for energetic, detail-oriented professionals eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized memory or dementia care. Working primarily during the afternoon shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Friday, with every other weekend off, you'll play a vital role in promoting independence, safety, and well-being for your clients. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to support their independence and comfort Provide companionship and social engagement to enhance emotional well-being, especially for clients with dementia or memory care needs Operate mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs safely to assist clients with movement and transfers Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and assist with feeding as needed while maintaining proper hygiene standards Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks like cleaning client areas and laundry in accordance with care plans Qualifications Prior experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments is highly preferred Knowledge of caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or memory impairments Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans and protocols Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for community-based visits Experience operating EMR systems for documentation; familiarity with Hoyer lifts or other mobility equipment is a plus Join us in delivering compassionate home & community care that transforms lives! Pay:
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
