The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and patient service, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role requires a blend of clinical skills and interpersonal abilities to ensure the highest standard of care. Duties Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client compliance. Take patient to appointments. Create an activity schedule for patient Collaborate with medical staff in clinics and internal medicine settings to coordinate patient care. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall well-being of clients. Skills Knowledge working with patients with Traumatic Brain injuries Proficient in medication administration and understanding of medication management protocols. Excellent patient service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' needs. Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs, with attention to detail in documentation. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and healthcare teams. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
