Youville Place, a welcoming assisted living community in Lexington, is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to join our team. We are currently hiring for part-time and per diem positions, including team members who can help provide coverage for call-outs and scheduling needs. Per diem staff are asked to commit to a minimum of one shift per week. At Youville Place, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. What You'll Do As a Resident Care Assistant, you will support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Supporting residents according to individualized care and service plans Providing medication reminders in accordance with SAMM guidelines Escorting residents to meals, appointments, and community activities Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with the care team Responding promptly and appropriately to resident needs and emergencies Collaborating with nurses, leadership, and fellow team members to provide exceptional care Helping maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment Why Join Youville Place? Qualifications Required:

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification Minimum of 1 year of experience caring for older adults Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented mindset

Preferred:
