Adams, North Adams, Clarksburg, Pittsfield, Williamstown, West Stockbridge Setting:

Group Home Duration:

13-week assignment with strong potential for extension

Schedule:

All shifts available (full-time & part-time)

Pay Rate:

$20/hour (plus $200 incentive bonus) Role Summary As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on care and daily living support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. This is a highly interactive role that requires compassion, reliability, and a willingness to assist with personal care and household responsibilities. You will play a key role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals you support. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) Encourage independence, personal growth, and skill development Facilitate community outings and recreational activities Follow care plans and document services accurately Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation required High school diploma/GED or at least 1 year of relevant experience Comfortable providing direct personal care, including toileting assistance Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Why Join Amergis?
