RESPONSIBILITIES, UP TO AND INCLUDING

Companionship and conversation Light housekeeping Household management Ambulation assistance/transfers Eating assistance Errands Meal planning and preparation Laundry and linen changing Bathing assistance Dressing assistance Toileting Medication reminders Monitor Alzheimer's & Dementia client

QUALIFICATIONS

Current CNA or HHA certificate At least 1 year of experience in senior care preferred Valid driver's license and a vehicle with insurance Willing to provide transportation for clients Tuberculosis test

• Skin test, blood test, or chest x-ray Fluent in English Pass a criminal background check and drug test

PAY RATES

Weekdays, 5 hours or more

• $20.00 per hour Weekends, 5 hours or more
• $22.00 per hour Any day, 4.5 hours or less
• $24.
