Immediate Opening Home Care Assistant (CNA / HHA / PCA)
Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for a Home Care Assistant to join our growing team. If you are compassionate, dependable, and enjoy helping others, this is a great opportunity to begin working quickly while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients who wish to remain in the comfort of their homes. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide one-on-one support tailored to each client's needs, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Primary Duties:
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities Perform light housekeeping and household organization Assist with errands and daily routine tasks as assigned Monitor client well-being and communicate updates to the care team
Qualifications:
CNA, HHA, or PCA certification/experience preferred Previous home care, senior care, or caregiving experience is a plus Compassionate, reliable, and attentive to client needs Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills
