Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide assistance with mobility and transfer services, including bed-to-wheelchair and wheelchair-to-bed transfers Offer emotional support and companionship to clients Assist with meal preparation and feeding Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nurse or other healthcare professionals Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or Healthcare Assistant Ability to lift and transfer patients with varying weights and abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
