PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists with ADLs - bathing/showering, toileting, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, hair care, etc. Assists with IADLs - light housekeeping, laundry, changing bed linens, shopping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, etc. Reports changes in client's condition to supervisor Completes required Care Plan documentation, accurately and on time Provides exemplary client care Respects and maintains client confidentiality

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have reliable transportation CORI and background checks will be completed prior to employment Medical and TB test/x-rays completed within a year Covid-19 vaccination required per MA state mandate for health care settings

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
