This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to helping others and making a positive difference in their daily lives. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized, one-on-one care in clients' homes Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing, grooming, and dressing Toileting and hygiene support Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed Offer companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors Follow individualized care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous caregiving or personal care experience preferred Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully Ability to work independently and collaboratively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of personal care techniques Additional Information This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
