Monday-Friday 10am to 3:30pm. Must have a fully insured, reliable car. Gas stipend available. Monday

  • 10am to 4pm Benefits/Perks Career Enhancing Training Competitive Compensation Employee referral bonus 401(k) Match Job Summary We are looking for a capable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to care for our wonderful Individuals with developmental disabilities by enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises Promoting independence in daily activities, such as work, learning, and leisure. Facilitate the individual's inclusion in the community's experiences and activities. Maintaining knowledge of individual's requirements. Complying with the Agency's policies and procedures. Maintaining documentation in compliance with the Agency's procedures Additional duties upon request Qualifications Previous experience in a Direct Support Professional or similar role. High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent CPR, and first aid certification. Completion of provided Agency training Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and valid vehicle insurance as specified by the MD Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand proactively and physically support the individual Capable of using, smart phone capable Compassionate, respectful, ethical
