DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
(DSP) / OFFICE SUPPORT Full Circle Home Care•
Catonsville, MD Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday:
8:00 AM•2:30
PM Thursday:
8:00 AM•1:00 PM Approximately 28.5 office hours per week. Additional DSP, caregiving, and community-based service hours may be available based on client needs and employee availability.
POSITION SUMMARY
Full Circle Home Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and organized Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in a hybrid role that combines direct support services with office responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting individuals in the community while also assisting with recruitment, onboarding, quality assurance, scheduling support, and daily office operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to individuals with disabilities and other individuals receiving services Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), community participation, and meaningful activities Complete documentation and service notes Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities Conduct client and caregiver follow-up calls Assist with quality assurance calls and home visits Support Walk-In Wednesdays and community outreach events Answer phones and assist with general office operations Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Current CPR and First Aid Certification Experience working with individuals with disabilities, seniors, or children preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems Reliability and attendance are essential for this position
