Pay Rate:
$21.00 per hour
Schedule Monday-Friday:
4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday:
10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and professional Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support services for a new client in Bethesda, Maryland. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support with daily living activities, community integration, and recreational engagement. Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Encourage communication, social interaction, and positive engagement. Support household responsibilities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Accompany the individual to appointments, community outings, and scheduled activities. Administer medications in accordance with prescribed instructions and proper documentation procedures. Implement positive behavior support strategies and redirection techniques as needed. Complete accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and incident reports. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individual at all times. Promptly report any concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to supervisors. Requirements DDA Core Training CPR Certification Bloodborne Pathogens Training Mandt Training CMT (Certified Medication Technician) Valid Driver's License Qualifications The ideal candidate will be dependable, compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality support services.
