Full Job Description Location:
Windsor Mill, MD Pay Rate:
$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide quality support for a female client in Windsor Mill, MD.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed Support community engagement and recreational activities Promote independence, dignity, and well-being Maintain a safe and supportive environment Complete required documentation accurately and timely
Required Qualifications:
DDA Core Training Bloodborne Pathogens Training CPR Certification Mandt Certification CMT (Certified Medication Technician) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Strong communication and documentation skills Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
