Job Description
TriSource is seeking a Female Personal Support DSP to begin working within a well known non-profit that supports the DDA population within White Plains, MD.
- This is a 1:1 assignment
- using a personal vehicle is required along with DDA and Mandt training.
Qualifications:
Experience working with a vulnerable population/ within a residential group home or community day program for adults. Experience working with clients with behavior plans Active CMT license DDA + Mandt training Active CPR and First Aid certificationActive Driver's License Responsibilities:
Assist with ADL's based on individuals specific needs including personal care and personal support Support and implement activities and tasks to assigned individuals based on the assigned care plan Provide overall companionship and support for disabled individuals Provide transportation and support within the community as needed Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner Provide supervision and protective oversight of assigned individuals ensure their safety and well-beingSchedule:
Wednesday and Friday:
3:30 pm- 7:30 pm
Saturday:
1:00 pm- 5:00 pm
Sunday:
1:30 pm- 5:30 pm
- 16 hours a week total
