LifeConnections is a behavioral health care provider with residential programs all across Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. We primarily serve adults with developmental disabilities and complex mental health conditions.

30 -37 hours (sometimes one individual may end program early. Monday- Friday between 8 and 5 (Hours/schedule flexible during these times)Hourly Rate:

Client #1: Individual is in his 30s. He enjoys going for car rides, some shopping but limited, he likes to walk on some local walking paths, and he likes to go to the movies. He also enjoys going to some events but doesn't always like big crowds. He is hard of hearing and can talk very loudly; He can become very anxious in some situations when this happens, he may ask to end services early. He may fixate on something that has upset him; he will tend to talk about these things during his community support time. He is kind and has a great sense of humor. Client #2: Individual is in his late 20's, likes to play basketball, go for rides and go to social setting with peers. He enjoys going to the movies and shopping.
