Direct support professional

I am seeking a reliable, kind Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support throughout the week with daily tasks and community involvement. I am highly independent, able to drive, and works a part-time job, but on the autism spectrum and benefits from some additional support. Responsibilities include assisting with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping, as well as providing support during social and community activities. Community support may include attending volunteer opportunities, Special Olympics events, equine therapy, and other social outings. The ideal candidate is patient, encouraging, and enjoys helping others stay active and engaged.

Schedule:

Up to 32 hours per week (currently seeking about 18 hours) — roughly 6 hours per day, Saturday through

Tuesday Pay:

Starting at $23/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement at $0.725 per mile A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Experience is helpful but not necessary—dependability and a positive attitude are most important.

Pay:

$23.00 - $28.50 per hour
