Assisting individuals with community integration and finding natural supports. Supporting individuals to research, schedule and budget activities and events. Assisting individuals to maintain their independence in their homes and communities. Maintaining health and safety while adhering to Living Innovations policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid state issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration. Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies. Certifications will vary per state regulation and program needs.
