As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float , you will provide essential care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a positive role model and encouraging independence Assisting with personal care and daily living activities Administering medications as needed Supporting clients in community and recreational activities Using company vehicles to transport clients to outings This full-time position guarantees 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule between either 7a.m to 9 p.m. As a Float DSP, you'll work across eight different programs within 30 minutes of Madison, filling shifts based on program needs. Pay ranges from $18.25-$18.50/hour based on certifications. Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Float Requirements:
A high school diploma/GED 18 years of age or over Active driver's license DSP certification and 24-hour CRMA certification required 1 year of DSP experience preferred Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
