Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional in-home care services to clients in Ann Arbor, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being, and fostering a supportive and respectful environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with mobility and transferring clients safely within their homes. Prepare and serve meals according to client dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting social interaction. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to supervisory staff. Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related healthcare fields is a plus but not needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately. Reliable transportation to travel to client homes within Ann Arbor, MI.
