Job Description

Overview Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver, where your dedication and skills will directly enhance the quality of life for individuals in need of personalized care. This vital role involves providing attentive, respectful, and comprehensive support to clients within their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence. Whether assisting with daily activities or offering specialized care, you will play a crucial part in fostering a nurturing environment that promotes dignity and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by taking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Support clients with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices when necessary Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any incidents in compliance with healthcare standards Perform light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and organizing to create a safe and comfortable living environment Skills Proven experience in home & community care or long-term care settings with a focus on senior or disability populations Knowledge of Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, patient monitoring Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Physical stamina for heavy lifting and assisting with mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs is highly valued Embark on a rewarding career where your compassionate care makes a meaningful difference every day.
