WEEKEND WARRIOR

position providing one-on-one support for an adult with high physical and medical support needs in a home setting. This is individualized care for ONE client only — not a facility position and not running between multiple homes. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

WEEKEND WARRIOR SCHEDULE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 10:30 PM Approximately 31 hours weekly. Consistent weekend schedule Stable weekly hours One-on-one care Home-based environment Structured routine ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

PERSON-CENTERED PLAN GOALS BLOCK

3:00 PM - 6:00 PM This block includes: Structured engagement Skill-building activities Community participation Person-Centered Plan Goals Interactive and community-based activities

IMPORTANT

This block requires

TWO STAFF

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Personal care assistance Hoyer lift transfers and physical support assistance Meal preparation and feeding support Structured daily routines Community engagement activities Safety supervision and monitoring Hygiene and grooming assistance Assistance with mobility and repositioning Light care-related cleaning and organization ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

QUALIFICATIONS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Dependable attendance Reliable transportation Comfortable with hands-on care Ability to safely assist with lifting/transfers Patient, attentive, and professional demeanor Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Interviews available 7 days a week

Pay:

$22.00 - $22.40 per hour
