Job Description

About the
Client:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide or CNA to assist a female client living at home with her husband and 2 sweet dogs in the Charlotte area. The client has mobility limitations. She uses a wheelchair, is a stand pivot for transfers and is considered a fall risk.
Shifts Available:
8a-4p Rate of pay: $17hr for Home Health aide and
CNA Responsibilities:
Assist with safe transfers Provide mobility support and fall prevention Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor respiratory status and provide support as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Communicate clearly and patiently due to cognitive/communication challenges Maintain a clean and safe environment Transporting client to appointments and community outings
Qualifications:
Experience with mobility assistance and fall-risk patients strongly preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication skills Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols Michigan Drivers license, current auto insurance, clean driving record and reliable car to transport client to applointments and community outings.
