Job Summary We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team in All Hope Shores locations as Direct Support Professionals.

on 05/26/2026 from 10am-2:00pm As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities and fostering their independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support plans
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
• Assist with meal preparation and medication administration
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents

Experience:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Knowledge of nursing home procedures, resident rights, and HIPAA regulations
• Experience in childcare, dementia care, or working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus

From $17.13 per hour

• Evaluations are completed by management every 3 months until 12 months of employment has been established, then the opportunity for an increase in hourly wages becomes available based on work performance over all evaluations.

Expected hours:

40 per week
