As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you'll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day. What You'll Do Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications Support community outings, transportation, and activities Build positive relationships and encourage independence Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and ability to build trust Adaptable, patient, and resilient Person-centered mindset with respect for individual differences
What You Bring Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license
Required:
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
