Support individuals in community integration activities such as shopping, medical appointments, and social events. Promote independence and encourage skill development through positive reinforcement and individualized support plans. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and report any changes in individual's condition or behavior. Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all individuals served. Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Valid Michigan Driver's License with a clean driving record required Ability to pass pre-employment screenings Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and work independently or as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude. Experience preferred, but not required — we provide training
