What You'll Do:
Provide Personalized Support- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care as needed. Promote Independence
- Encourage and support individuals in achieving their personal goals while fostering self-sufficiency. Engage in the Community
- Accompany and assist individuals in community activities, appointments, and social outings. Advocate for Individuals
- Ensure individuals' rights, choices, and dignity are respected and upheld. Be a Role Model
- Demonstrate patience, compassion, and encouragement in all interactions.
