This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and supporting their independence in a home environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Help with mobility and transferring clients safely within the home. Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor client condition and report any changes to healthcare professionals or family members. Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Requirements Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a caregiving roleis a plus. Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy towards clients. Basic knowledge of personal care and safety procedures. Reliable transportation to and from client homes. Must be able to pass background checks and meet state certification requirements if applicable. Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly.
