What you'll be doing Encourage positive relationship building & Promoting Independence Elevate employee relations concerns to supervisor. May assist supervisor on special projects. Transportation and Participation in Community Activities Provide leadership, direction and support to staff on shift in coordination with the supervisor. This may include, but not be limited to scheduling, training, compliance, on-call pager, and administrative supports.
