Job Description
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Rochester Hills, MI. In this role, you will provide essential personal care services to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Your support will make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of those in need. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Help with mobility and transfers as needed Monitor client condition and report any changes to healthcare professionals Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare providers Requirements Previous experience in a personal care or caregiving role is a plus Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of client privacy and confidentiality Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting clients with mobility Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus Benefits Competitive hourly rate ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 Semi-monthly/ twice a month pay schedule Opportunities for professional development and training Supportive and friendly work environment Flexible scheduling options About the Company University Home Care Inc is a trusted provider of home care services, committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in the community.
