This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to improve their quality of life in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with mobility and transfer, including using assistive devices as needed. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with meal preparation and feeding if required. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional. Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals diligently. Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required. Requirements Previous experience in home health care or related field is an advantage. Compassionate and patient with excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Shelby Township, MI is a plus. Certification in CPR and First Aid is an advantage.
