We serve seniors, elderly, and adults with physical or developmental challenges, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. Our mission is to support clients and their families through coordinated care that promotes independence and well-being. Overview We are seeking energetic and compassionate Home Health Aides & Caregivers to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will provide personalized assistance to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve while working in a supportive environment that values your skills and dedication. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and reporting changes promptly Administer medications and manage medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Support clients with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's disease and dementia through specialized techniques Operate medical equipment like Hoyer lifts, catheters, and other assistive devices safely and effectively Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing Document patient care activities accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Experience Prior experience in home health care or assisted living environments preferred Experience working with seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring hospice or dementia care highly valued Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring essential Familiarity with medical documentation procedures and compliance standards such as HIPAA necessary Hands-on experience with medical equipment like Hoyer lifts or catheter care is a plus Long-term care experience including nursing home settings is advantageous Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent patient observation skills Join us to provide compassionate home care that truly makes a difference! Pay:
