You will be an essential part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care with energy, empathy, and professionalism. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Support medication reminder Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and assist with light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a safe living environment Skills Strong patient observation skills to detect changes in health status promptly Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients' families and healthcare teams while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing compassionate, energetic care that empowers individuals to live safely and comfortably at home.
