$15.35 to $16.35 per hour plus bonus opportunities

Full time, Part time Now Hiring Caregivers and Direct Support Professionals A residential support provider is hiring caregivers to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes throughout Auburn Hills and surrounding Oakland County communities. This floater role offers consistent hours, variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. No experience required. Paid training provided. This position supports multiple homes and helps ensure individuals receive dependable care and support when coverage is needed. Open availability and flexibility are required for this role. What You Will Do Provide daily living support including assistance with hygiene, dressing, meals, mobility, and daily routines. Support individuals in maintaining independence, structure, and positive daily activities. Follow individual care plans and support personal goals. Help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment. Complete required daily documentation and communicate with supervisors and team members. Assist with light household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Provide transportation when needed using your own reliable vehicle. Mileage reimbursement provided. Qualifications Experience in caregiving, direct support, home health, or similar roles is helpful but not required. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach. Ability to travel between multiple residential homes. Compensation and Benefits Starting pay from $15.35 to $16.35 per hour. New hire bonus available up to $2,000. Referral bonuses up to $2,000 per referral.
