We focus on dignity, respect, and improving quality of life for every client we serve. Position Summary We are seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers, Home Health Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and support daily living activities for clients in a home care setting. Available Shifts — Immediate Opening We have an immediate client opening starting June 1, 2026 in the Troy area. The following shift types are available — you may apply for one, two, or all three:
MORNING SHIFT
— Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM (6 hours/day, 30 hrs/week)
WEEKEND MORNING
— Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM (4 hours/day, 8 hrs/weekend)
EVENING DROP-IN
— Daily 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week (2 hours/day, 14 hrs/week) Responsibilities Medication reminders and adherence oversight Meal preparation — breakfast, lunch, and dinner Grocery shopping and errands Transportation assistance using client's vehicle Appointment scheduling and support Coordination support for therapy visits (PT, OT, Speech, Visiting Nurse) Standby assistance with ambulation and mobility safety Safety supervision related to cognitive concerns Cognitive cueing and routine building Evening shower assist, bedtime preparation, and hygiene support Qualifications CNA certification preferred — but experienced HHAs and caregivers are strongly encouraged to apply Minimum 1 year of caregiving, home health, or personal care experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client's home Comfortable driving a client's vehicle for errands and appointments Experience with or openness to working with clients with cognitive changes Professional, compassionate, and dependable — these are non-negotiable Ability to pass a background check — required for all hires Must be legally authorized to work in the United States We're not just filling shifts—we're building a team of caregivers who genuinely care.
