In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with medication reminders and observing clients' health and behavior. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to report any concerns or changes. Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and safety. Requirements Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills. Prior experience in care giving or healthcare is a plus but not required. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently. Must be able to pass background checks and any required screenings. Flexible availability to work various shifts as needed. Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month.
