Part-time Job Overview New Beginnings, Inc. located in Benson provides 24 hour residential care services for adults with developmental disabilities and specialized care needs. We are searching for 1 individual to round out our amazing support team. We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable and looking for a positive supportive work environment. Responsibilities
Assist individuals with daily living activities in a group home setting
Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs
Provide emotional support and companionship
Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Responsibilities also include: Medication Administration, providing assistance with grooming and personal hygiene, meal planning and prep, light housekeeping, providing opportunities for community activities, shopping, banking.

Skills Experience is not required. We provide all training

Afternoon/Evening Position ( FULL TIME) 3-9pm/3/11pm type shifts
