Compassionate Home Care is currently looking for a part time reliable and compassionate In Home DSP for IHS clients in Cambridge and Harris. The preferred schedule is Monday from 9 A.M.

Requirements:
Please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements! Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds. Valid MN Driver's license. Vehicle insurance. Reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior DSP experience. Mental health (IHS or ILS) experience. CNA. (Not required) PCA. (Not required) CPR certification. (Not required)
Screening:
Must pass a company paid DHS background check.
Caregiver responsibilities may include:
Perform light housekeeping, including vacuuming, laundry, and linen changes. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating. Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care. Prepare meals and snacks. May include grocery shopping. Assist with incontinence care. Assist with transportation needs. Assisting with budgets and money management. Assisting with communications (e.g., sorting mail, accessing email, placing phone calls, making appointments). Provide care based on an individualized plan of care.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
