We offer community based Direct Support Professional positions with options for daytime hours or afternoon/evening hours. We have a variety of shifts that can be anything from going to the movies, the zoo, having coffee, or helping individuals learn independent skills to be successful at their career. This is a one on one position where you focus your time on supporting their specific interests and having fun! If you're looking to make a difference in the lives of others, this is the job for you. Each individual we support has their own unique goals and needs. Some individuals will not need help with cares, while other individuals may need assistance as necessary. This includes Activities of Daily Living as well as catheter care. Float must be willing to assist with these cares. The position offers full-time hours and we are looking to fill consistent 2-10pm shifts. The goal of the Float is to cover scheduling changes/ gaps while also offering a consistent work schedule. The float will be asked to cover shifts during their scheduled hours. Be on our team today!

Qualifications:

DSP Experience Advanced cares 16 or older Driver's license, vehicle, insurance for transportation Pass DHS background check Willing to perform ADLs Every other weekend availability
