What You'll Do:

Build trusting, respectful relationships with the individuals you support. Keep people safe and healthy while encouraging independence. Assist with daily living needs — from personal care to meal prep and activities. Encourage hobbies, outings, and goals that bring joy and growth. Morning Start:

Help individuals with their personal care routines and assist them in getting ready for the day. Engage in

Activities:

Encourage participation in hobbies, community outings, and other activities that promote independence.

Support and Supervision:

Provide assistance with personal care, help with household tasks, and ensure safety throughout the day.

End-of-Day Routines:

Help individuals wind down in the evening, assist with bedtime routines.

We're Looking For:

Patient, flexible, and dependable individuals. Passionate about helping others succeed. 18+ years old (driver's license required). Able to pass a background check.
