Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, flexible, and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on support both in the home and out in the community. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work and can adapt to a changing, non-traditional schedule.

Important Role Expectations:

Must be comfortable driving individuals to appointments and errands Schedule varies week-to-week based on client needs — flexibility is essential

Key Responsibilities:

Provide transportation to work, appointments, and errands (grocery shopping, etc.) Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe living space Ensure individuals have essential items (food, cleaning supplies, etc.) Support independence, routines, and daily structure Build positive, respectful relationships with individuals served Complete required documentation

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance Comfortable driving clients regularly as part of the role Highly flexible and dependable Compassionate, patient, and respectful Experience in human services or mental health preferred, but not required

Schedule:

Very part-time Flexible, variable schedule (hours change weekly based on needs)

Compensation:

$25/hour
